**Safety Guidelines:**
– Please use the party pole safely.
– Standing while the bus is in motion could result in injury.
– **Note:** DFW ELITE TRANSPORTATION is not responsible for injuries incurred while standing. Please do not sit on the stairs or stand by the exit door.
### Damage Policy & Fees
– The driver inspects each vehicle before, during, and after the rental. The customer is responsible for any repairs or cleaning fees in case of damage.
**Potential Damage Fees:**
– Cracked or broken windows
– Damage to seats
– Smoking
– Damage to lights, TV, or stereo equipment
**Deposit & Payment:**
– A non-refundable deposit is required at the time of booking to secure your reservation.
– Remaining balances (if paying with a debit/credit card) must be settled at least 24 hours prior to your event.
– Clients must provide a valid ID and credit card upon boarding for any additional charges or damage fees.
**Liability:**
– Clients are financially responsible for any damage caused during the rental by themselves or their guests.
– Fees will vary based on damage incurred, and all charges are payable to the driver. Service may be terminated without a refund for violations of policies.
**Additional Important Notes:**
– Drug use and underage drinking are prohibited by law.
– Smoking, vaping, and e-cigarettes are not allowed; a $350 fee will be charged if the driver detects smoke.
– Vehicles cannot be loaded beyond seating capacity.
– Standing on seats with shoes is not permitted.
– The driver reserves the right to end service without a refund for blatant violations.
– We are not responsible for items left in the vehicle but will attempt to return them if found.
– Clients have control of the stereo in the party buses.
– In the event of a mechanical/electrical breakdown, a refund will be provided accordingly.
**Hourly Reservations:**
– A full itinerary is recommended at least 72 hours in advance to ensure a smooth service on your event day.
